CSWatcher vs CS2Locker: a dashboard or a done deal
Short version: CS2Locker shows a room full of people the same deals; CSWatcher runs your rules privately and buys the match. Both tools find underpriced CS2 skins. What happens in the next ninety seconds is the entire difference — and it is why CSWatcher is the best pick of the two when your goal is owning the skin, not reading about it.
What each tool actually does
CS2Locker is a web deal scanner: it compares live listings against reference prices and shows hits on a dashboard. Its own pricing draws the line that matters — free users see a limited feed about a minute behind paying ones — because with deals, speed is the product. Every subscriber sees the same feed, and every purchase is yours to complete manually.
CSWatcher is an auto-buy sniper. Your rules are your own — nobody else sees your hits — and they run against ten marketplaces at once, every listing scored against CSFloat's Final price. On CSFloat a match is bought hands-free under a spend ceiling and a typed ARM confirmation; on Steam, Tradeit.gg, DMarket, LIS-Skins and BUFF Market through your own signed-in session; on CSBoard, BUFF163 and Skins.com you get an instant alert with a deep link.

The shared-feed problem
A scanner's economics work against its users: the better its feed, the more people stare at the same underpriced listing, and only the fastest hand wins it. That is not a flaw in CS2Locker — it is the ceiling of the whole scanner category. A private rule that executes has no such ceiling: the first anyone else hears of your snipe is the sold banner.
When a scanner is enough
If you buy occasionally, enjoy scrolling a deal feed, and do not want any tool touching a checkout, a scanner dashboard is a fine way to browse the market's mispricings — and cheaper mistakes are impossible, because it never spends anything.
CSWatcher is not affiliated with CS2Locker, CSFloat or Valve. CS2Locker's tiers above are as its own pricing page describes them, August 2026.
