In plain English. CSWatcher is a software tool you configure and control. It watches ten CS2 marketplaces and prices what it finds against CSFloat's Final price. It buys only where you arm it, and only with your own accounts and your own real money: on CSFloat through your CSFloat account, and on Steam, Tradeit.gg, DMarket, LIS-Skins, BUFF Market and Skinport through the session you are signed into on that site in your own browser (Skinport holds no balance, so there the listing is placed in your Skinport cart and you confirm the payment). On the other marketplaces it is alert-only — it reads public listings, tells you when one looks underpriced, and links you to it; you make that purchase yourself, in your own browser, on your own account. You decide what it buys and set the spending limits. Automation — including reading — may be against the rules of CSFloat, Steam, or any other marketplace you point it at; that is your call and your risk, and your account there, not ours, is the one that could be limited or banned. Skin prices move; there is no promise of profit. The full terms below control.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 September 2026 · Operated by CSWatcher (support@cswatcher.com · Discord: CSWatcher)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", the "user") and CSWatcher, the operator of the CSWatcher software and the https://cswatcher.com website (the "Operator", "CSWatcher", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, installing or using the CSWatcher desktop or web application, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use CSWatcher.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher) and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must also meet the age and eligibility requirements of Steam, CSFloat, and every other marketplace you have CSWatcher read. You represent that you are not barred from using the service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction and that you are not on any sanctions or denied-parties list.

2. What CSWatcher is — and is not

CSWatcher is a tool that you operate. It monitors publicly listed items on CS2 marketplaces against criteria you define (price targets, discounts, patterns, float ranges, filters). What it does when it finds a match depends on the marketplace, and the difference is not cosmetic:

  • Where CSWatcher buys. When you have explicitly armed Auto-Buy (or, on CSFloat, Auto-Bargain), CSWatcher attempts to purchase or make an offer on a matching listing on the marketplaces that support it — CSFloat, Steam, Tradeit.gg, DMarket, LIS-Skins, BUFF Market and Skinport — always through your own account on that marketplace: your CSFloat account and credentials on CSFloat, and the session you are signed into in your own browser on the others. On Skinport, which holds no balance, Auto-Buy places the matching listing in your Skinport cart and you confirm the payment. Standing Buy Orders and the Listing module are CSFloat features and operate nowhere else. Auto-Buy is a paid feature (a Sniper pass); Spectator, the free plan, never buys anywhere.
  • Every other marketplace is alert-only. On CSBoard, BUFF163, Skins.com, CS.MONEY and any further marketplace CSWatcher may read without a buying lane, CSWatcher only reads: it scans public listings, scores them against CSFloat's Final price, and sends you a link to the listing. It does not and cannot buy, bid, bargain, place buy orders, list, reprice, delist or sell there. This is not a setting you can change. Any purchase you make on such a marketplace is your own purchase, made by you, in your own browser, on your own account, on that marketplace's terms, and CSWatcher is not a participant in it.
  • Steam Community Market is read through your own signed-in browser session. Steam serves float and paint seed only to a logged-in session, so that read is carried out by the CSWatcher browser extension, in your browser, under an optional permission you grant with a click (see the Privacy Policy, Section 12). CSWatcher holds no Steam login of its own on any surface, has no field in which to store one, and never asks for one. Where you arm Auto-Buy for Steam, the purchase is made in that same signed-in session, from your own Steam account and Steam Wallet; CSWatcher never sells or lists on Steam. Whether automating a purchase is allowed under the Steam Subscriber Agreement is between you and Valve, as Section 5 explains.
  • CSWatcher does not hold, custody, broker, or trade skins, funds, or virtual items on your behalf, and is not a marketplace, broker, dealer, payment service, or financial institution.
  • Every purchase — whether made by an Auto-Buy you armed or made by you yourself on another marketplace after an alert — is made from your account, with your money, at prices and limits you set. You are the buyer and the principal in every transaction. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a marketplace, a seller, or Steam.
  • CSWatcher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, CSFloat, or any marketplace CSWatcher reads, or any of their affiliates. "Counter-Strike", "CS2", "CS:GO", "Steam", "CSFloat", and the names and marks of every other marketplace referred to in CSWatcher or on this site, belong to their respective owners and are used only descriptively, to identify the marketplace a listing came from.

3. Your account and security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, license key, and any marketplace API key or session information you provide confidential, and for all activity under your account. Most of the marketplaces CSWatcher reads need no credentials from you at all, and CSWatcher never asks for a Steam login: your Steam session stays in your own browser and CSWatcher has nowhere to put one. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may hold one account unless we agree otherwise, and you may not share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your account, license key, pass, or plan. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. Licence

Subject to these Terms and your active plan or pass, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use CSWatcher for your own lawful use. You may not, and may not permit anyone else to: (a) copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or provide the software as a service to third parties; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; (c) remove or alter proprietary notices; (d) use the software to build a competing product; or (e) circumvent licensing, request limits, plan gating, or security controls. All intellectual property in CSWatcher remains ours or our licensors'.

The website, the apps' interface and our data. The CSWatcher website, the web app, the desktop app and the browser extension — their text, design and visual identity, screens, charts and guides, and the listings, prices, statistics and other data we compile and present (including the public Tape) — belong to us or our licensors. They are protected by copyright and, where it applies, by the database right of the EU Database Directive (96/9/EC). You may view and use them for your own use of CSWatcher. Without our written permission you may not extract or re-use all or a substantial part of that data, or repeatedly and systematically extract smaller parts of it; republish, resell or redistribute it; use it to build, train or feed another product, dataset, feed or service; or reproduce the design of the website or the apps.

5. Third-party marketplaces and platform rules — your responsibility and risk

This is important. CSFloat, Steam, and every other marketplace CSWatcher reads are independent third parties with their own terms of service, and those terms may restrict or prohibit automated access, scraping, scripting, or bot activity. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of CSFloat, Steam, and every other marketplace or platform you enable, connect, or point CSWatcher at.

  • Reading or buying on any marketplace is automated access. Reading a marketplace with software may breach its rules even where CSWatcher never buys, and buying through your own signed-in session on Steam, Tradeit.gg, DMarket, LIS-Skins, BUFF Market or Skinport is automation of that account. Enabling a marketplace in CSWatcher — and arming Auto-Buy on it — is your decision about that marketplace's terms, and you make it each time you switch one on.
  • Using automation may violate a platform's rules and may result in rate-limiting, a temporary loading restriction ("softban"), suspension, loss of items, or a permanent ban of your account on that platform. You knowingly and voluntarily assume that risk, on every marketplace you enable.
  • We do not control any marketplace and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, rule changes, downtime, price data, fees, cancellations, reversals, or any action they take against your account.
  • A listing is a snapshot, not an offer held open for you. Marketplace data can be delayed, incomplete, cached, or wrong, and some lanes are slower than others by nature. A listing shown in an alert may already be sold, repriced, withdrawn, region-locked, trade-locked, or not purchasable by you at all by the time you open the link. You are responsible for checking the listing on the marketplace itself before you buy.
  • Any timing, cadence, spacing, or "safety" settings are provided to reduce — not eliminate — the chance of a platform restriction. We do not warrant that any setting will avoid a softban, ban, or other action, and marketing statements are not warranties (see Section 9).
  • We may modify or suspend the service, or a feature, or remove or stop reading any marketplace, at any time and without notice, if we believe it is necessary to comply with, or reduce risk under, a third party's rules or applicable law — or if that marketplace changes, restricts, or withdraws access. No marketplace is guaranteed to remain available in CSWatcher, and the set of marketplaces CSWatcher reads is not part of what your pass or plan buys.

6. Real-money automation and alerts — acknowledgement of risk

Auto-Buy (on CSFloat, Steam, Tradeit.gg, DMarket, LIS-Skins, BUFF Market and Skinport) and Auto-Bargain (on CSFloat) spend real money from your own accounts. By arming them you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You alone configure the rules, targets, and spending limits (including the spend ceiling, which defaults to a low amount so you can test with small purchases first), and you are responsible for every purchase, offer, or bargain your configuration produces, including any purchase that results from a rule, filter, or limit you set or changed.
  • Accepted bargains and completed buys are binding purchases. Skin prices and predicted prices are volatile and set by third parties; a purchase may lose value, and nothing in CSWatcher is a guarantee of profit, resale, appraisal accuracy, or investment return. CSWatcher does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes and for the tax treatment of your own trading activity.
  • You will keep your spending limits at levels you can afford to lose, and you will not rely on CSWatcher as your sole safeguard against overspending.

Alerts are not purchases, and a deal percentage is not a valuation. On every marketplace other than CSFloat, CSWatcher only tells you that a listing exists and links you to it. If you act on an alert, you make that purchase, on that marketplace, under its terms, with its fees, holds, and dispute process — we are not a party to it, cannot cancel or reverse it, and have no visibility into it. The discount, deal percentage, or "under Final" figure CSWatcher shows is an estimate derived from CSFloat's Final price and from third-party marketplace data that may be delayed, incomplete, converted from another currency at a rate we do not set, or simply wrong. It is not an appraisal, a valuation, financial or investment advice, or any promise that the item is worth that, can be resold, or can be moved between marketplaces. CSWatcher does not transfer items between marketplaces and provides no path to do so.

7. Passes, billing and renewals

Paid access is sold as passes: one-time payments for a fixed number of days, billed through our payment processor, Stripe. The current passes are the Sniper pass (7 days for $7, 30 days for $19, 90 days for $45) and the Desk add-on (7 days for $12, 30 days for $29, 90 days for $69), alongside the free Spectator plan. A pass is not a subscription: nothing renews automatically, and buying a pass while one is still running adds its days to the end of the current one. The Desk add-on rides on an active Sniper pass and can never outlast it; if you buy Desk without an active Sniper pass, checkout adds a Sniper pass of the same length to the same payment, and if your Sniper pass would end before the Desk add-on does, checkout adds only the missing Sniper days to the same payment, priced pro rata at that pass length's daily rate and rounded up to the cent. Customers who subscribed to a monthly plan before 13 September 2026 keep that subscription on its original terms until they cancel it. By paying you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method the then-current fees, plus applicable taxes.

  • No auto-renewal. A pass ends on its own when its days are up and nothing is charged again unless you buy another one. Grandfathered monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at their original price unless cancelled before the renewal date; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • Request allowances. The free Spectator plan carries an allowance of 2,000 requests to marketplaces per cycle, shared across all of them, which resets on the anniversary of the day the account was created. When it is exhausted, CSWatcher stops scanning until it resets or you pick up a pass. Passes carry no request cap; requests are still counted, as a fair-use measure and to detect shared keys. Any allowance is a fair-use limit on a shared resource, not a quantity of goods sold to you, and we may change it as described under Price changes below.
  • Adding time and adding Desk. Buying a pass while one is active adds its days to the end of the current pass; nothing is prorated and nothing is refunded. Buying the Desk add-on extends the Desk window and, where needed, the Sniper window under it so the two end together. Giveaway and support keys granted by us behave the same way: they add to what you hold.
  • Price changes. We may change pass prices or plan contents; a change never affects a pass you have already paid for, and applies only to passes bought after we give reasonable advance notice. Your continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the new price.
  • Request credits. We no longer sell one-time credit packs. Any request credits on your account were granted by us (for example as support or goodwill), are consumable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money.
  • Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CSWatcher to: break any law or third-party right; commit fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation; access an account that is not yours; interfere with, overload, or disrupt CSFloat, Steam, any other marketplace CSWatcher reads, or our systems; access a marketplace in a manner its terms of service or its robots directives forbid; probe, scan, or bypass security or usage limits; or resell or provide access to others. You also agree not to: scrape, crawl or otherwise extract content or data from the website, the web app or our servers by automated means (search engines and AI crawlers may read the public pages within the limits our robots.txt sets); call our servers other than through the CSWatcher apps and extension; get round, disable or interfere with our browser check, rate limits, request allowances or other access controls, or hide or rotate your identity or network address to do so; or copy, reverse-engineer or re-implement the apps, the extension or the way they talk to our servers in order to run another client or service. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

9. Disclaimers — no warranties

CSWatcher is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We specifically disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that: the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; it will detect, win, or successfully buy any particular listing; it will detect or alert you to any particular listing on any marketplace, or do so in time to act on it; that a listing shown in an alert still exists, is still at the price shown, or can be bought by you; that price, float, seed, phase, currency-conversion, or deal-percentage data from any marketplace is accurate, current, or complete; that any particular marketplace is, remains, or becomes readable by CSWatcher; or that use of the service will avoid a softban, ban, loss, or any action by CSFloat, Steam, or any other marketplace. No advice or information you obtain from us or the service creates any warranty not expressly stated here. Any statement in our marketing, website, or documentation that is not in these Terms is not a warranty, and in the event of a conflict these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, skins, virtual items, or account access, or for market losses, platform fees, softbans, suspensions, or bans, arising out of or relating to CSWatcher, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of CSWatcher, your purchases and trading activity (including purchases you make yourself on a marketplace after an alert), your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of the terms of CSFloat, Steam, any other marketplace you enable or visit through CSWatcher, or any third party.

12. Suspension, termination and changes

You may stop using CSWatcher at any time: a pass simply runs out and is never charged again, and a grandfathered monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal or platform-compliance reasons, or discontinuation of the service. On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using the software; sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14) survive. We may modify these Terms; if a change is material we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or an in-app or website notice), and your continued use after the change takes effect is acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is resident, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Before filing any claim, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@cswatcher.com and allowing thirty (30) days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Operator's place of residence, and you consent to venue there. Nothing in this section deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. To the extent permitted by law, you and the Operator agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

14. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding CSWatcher and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect and the unenforceable provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Notices to you may be given by email or by posting on the website; notices to us must be sent to support@cswatcher.com.

Questions about these Terms? Contact support@cswatcher.com or reach us on our Discord (CSWatcher).

CSWatcher is a CS2 skin sniping tool that watches every marketplace it reads, prices each float band from real listings and buys for you where it can. It is not a marketplace: nothing is sold here.
Not affiliated with Valve, CSFloat, or any marketplace CSWatcher reads. Auto-Buy spends real money — use responsibly.
CSWatcher buys on CSFloat, and on Steam, Tradeit.gg, DMarket, LIS-Skins, BUFF Market and Skinport through your own signed-in session. CSBoard, BUFF163 and Skins.com are alert-only — you buy there yourself, in your own browser.
CSWatcher runs in your browser: it only talks to the marketplaces and your account — never your files, your game, or anything else on your computer.
