Live catches
What counts as a catch. A listing CSWatcher bought for a user — by Auto-Buy the moment it matched their rule, or by one of their standing buy orders filling. Alerts that a person then bought by hand are not on the Tape, and nor is any refused or failed attempt.
Why five minutes late. So nobody can follow a live snipe to the listing. On a Sniper pass the Tape inside the app is live.
The discount is how far the price paid sits under CSFloat’s Final price for that skin at that float — the same yardstick CSWatcher uses on every marketplace.
