Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. It applies to passes — the Sniper pass at $7, $19 or $45 for 7, 30 or 90 days, and the Desk add-on at $12, $29 or $69 for the same lengths — and to grandfathered monthly subscriptions, and sets out your responsibility for automated purchases.
1. Cancelling
A pass has nothing to cancel. It is paid once, runs for its days, and ends on its own; nothing is charged again unless you buy another pass. If you hold a grandfathered monthly subscription (taken out before 13 September 2026), you can cancel at any time from your panel or by emailing support@cswatcher.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you are not charged again after that. We do not automatically refund the remainder of a period you have already started.
2. Refunds on pass and subscription fees
CSWatcher is a digital service that gives you access to functionality immediately, so pass and subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used passes or periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted by us at our discretion as a goodwill gesture. If you believe you were charged in error or the service was materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.
EU/UK consumers. You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. By buying a pass (or subscribing) and starting to use CSWatcher immediately, you request that the service begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed; where the service is only partly performed, any statutory refund is reduced proportionately. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
3. Spectator and the signup trial
Spectator (the free plan), and the free 24-hour Sniper trial every new account receives when it confirms its email, are provided at no charge and carry no payment obligation. A trial never converts into a charge: when it ends the account returns to Spectator unless you choose to buy a pass. Trials are limited to one per person and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
4. Adding time and request allowances
Buying a pass while one is still running adds its days to the end of the current pass; nothing is prorated and nothing is refunded, and the Desk add-on can never outlast the Sniper pass it sits on. Spectator, the free plan, carries an allowance of 2,000 marketplace requests per cycle, shared across every marketplace, as described on the plans page; it resets on the anniversary of the day the account was created and your panel shows the exact date. Running out of requests on Spectator is not a service failure and is not a ground for a refund — it is the limit of the free plan, and a Sniper pass, which carries no request cap, is available at any time. Unused requests do not carry over from one cycle to the next, and unused days of a pass are not refunded.
Request credits are no longer sold. Any credits on your account were granted by us; because they are made available and consumable immediately they are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money.
5. Automated purchases, alerts, and marketplace fees — your responsibility
Auto-Buy operates on CSFloat, Steam, Tradeit.gg, DMarket, LIS-Skins, BUFF Market and Skinport, Auto-Bargain on CSFloat; both act on the rules, targets, and limits you configure and arm, using your own account on that marketplace and your own money. You are solely responsible for every purchase, offer, and cancellation that results, including any that stems from a rule, filter, or limit you set, changed, disabled, or overrode.
If you cancel a purchase on CSFloat, CSFloat charges its own cancellation fee (currently 4%). That fee, and the purchase itself, are strictly between you and CSFloat. CSWatcher does not refund, reimburse, or otherwise cover CSFloat cancellation fees, purchases, or any resulting loss, and does not provide any money-back guarantee for automated purchases. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSWatcher is not liable for purchases, offers, cancellations, fees, or losses arising from the automation you configured and armed. If you are not comfortable being responsible for what your rules buy, keep Auto-Buy and Auto-Bargain off.
Alerts on other marketplaces. On every marketplace without a buying lane (CSBoard, BUFF163, Skins.com, CS.MONEY), CSWatcher is alert-only: it tells you a listing exists and links you to it, and any purchase you then make is one you make yourself, on that marketplace, under its terms, with its fees, holds and dispute process. CSWatcher does not refund, reimburse, or cover those purchases, their fees, cancellations, trade holds, or any resulting loss, and cannot cancel or reverse them. No refund of a CSWatcher pass or subscription is due because an alert arrived late, was inaccurate, was missed, or pointed at a listing that had already sold, been repriced, or was not purchasable by you — see Section 9 of the Terms, which disclaims exactly that.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or disputing a charge you authorised, is a breach of these terms; we may suspend or terminate your account, contest the dispute with evidence of your use, and recover related costs.
7. Price changes and taxes
Prices may change as described in our Terms; changes apply to future renewals after notice. Prices may exclude taxes, which are added where applicable.
